Default My system gonna be good without overvlocking?

This is what it will be...

Case - Thermaltake Soprano ATX Mid tower
PSU - OCZ Powerstream 520w
Mobo - DFI Lanparty Ultra-D Skt 939 Nvidia nForce Ultra ATX
Processor - AMD 64 3200+ Venice 1Ghz Skt 939
Hard drive - Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 SATA
Memory - Twinmos 1gb (2x512mb) 184-pin DDR SDRAM
Video - eVGA Geforce 6600GT 128mb 128-bit PCI-Express
Drive - Sony DVD 16x+CD-RW 52x32x52
Dive - Sony CD-RW 52x32x52
Floppy- Sony 1.44 mb

Will this be a good, fast computer without overclocking?

Ok, someone asked me what heatsink I was gonna use and I dont what too say. Im getting the AMD 3200+ Venice from Newegg and it doesnt state that it comes with a heatsink. Dont most of them? How do I find out if it comes with a heatsink? And if it doesn't, what shall I do about this. I know nothing about heatsinks. Sorry too be such a newb

Look at the end of the line listing the item. If it says "OEM", that means you are getting only the CPU itself, with no heatsink. If you the line says "Retail", then you are getting the CPU and the stock AMD heatsink.

Here is an example of an OEM Venice 3200+

Here is an example of a Retail Venice 3200+

As you can see above, the OEM version is just the CPU, but the retail version comes in the original packaging. Hope that helps.
