Default moniter question

I have a viewsonic q71 CRT

it has a refresh rate of 85mhz

what I want to know is what causes slight blurrying, espeicaly in FPS sucjh as COD2

its by no means the same as an LCD....

but I want to know if its a graphic card issue???

or the moniter?????

or maybe settings in the game itself???/

I have a nvidia 6800 w/SLI

Or will there always be slight ghosting in all moniters??
Thanks

Im guessing its ghosting. Im on 56k and downloading so i can't really look up your monitor. But if the montiors MS is rated 12+ it would most likley be ghosting.

You dont have ghosting on a CRT monitor I can guarantee you that. Try setting the refresh rate to 75hz and see if that changes anything. Report back if it doesnt.
