Issues In CSS and WoW

Im having problems in 2 games, Counterstrike Source, and World Of Warcraft... for CSS, My mouse likes to lag/stick basically the whole time i play...
Now in World Of Warcraft, i have the same exact problem with my mouse, but i also have another issue which is with my keyboard. Lets say im moving in a direction and if i hold the key down for at least 5 seconds, and release completely of the key i will still continue to move/spin...

on Vista, everything worked fine my mouse etc.
on Windows, everything worked fine for a few days after installing it which wasnt to long ago.
