Flight Simulator 2004 Won't Uninstall

I'm trying to do a system cleanup and FS2004 just wont uninstall. Ive tried CCleaner, the Add/Remove Programs, and its own uninstaller but nothing happens. How do i get rid of it without just going in and deleting the files? I can't system restore after a trojan horse i recently had.
