Fifa 2006 Problem! Need Help!!!

Hi,
I'll get it shortly, I've bought Fifa 2006 and it take me about 45 min installing to my PC, then the problem came when I tried to play.
The game couldn't start at all, I felt it loaded and then pop up an error message include 2 button something like "Send" and "Don't send" and the end.
I don't know what is the error?
I run WinXP; CPU Pen4 2,4Ghz; 512Mb Ram; ATI Radeon 64Mb VGA Card....
Could some one help me on this???
