FEAR bugs - A collection

i wanted to put together a list of bug's ppl have been getting... half the time i'm not sure if its my oc'ing or the game.

the most common one i get is these straight lines (typically concrete colored) going in all kinds of directions...
a similar bug, possibly related, the edge of say a wall or a barrel will extend indefinitely into the next wall or crate... cant see through it but you can run through it.

Anyone get that bug?

the other most common bug is after I close it my screen flashes over and over if I try and do anything. it seems like if i try and change what is being displayed, i.e. open the start menu, it flashes and brings up what i clicked... then flashes again before it will, say, bring up the programs menu. then flash every time i run my curser across anything that will highlight or expand. each flash lasts about .5 secs

i'm just trying to figure out if my computer is on crazy pills or something.

yes i did and had to rma my vd card because of it try un updating ur driver from 91.45 to 84.21 if that dont worck try rma urs is it is an erly edition oc evga card becuse they all got probs

err... i've oc'ed and took of the hsf to reapply paste... i doubt i can rma it.

r u sure its not just the game?

I can play FEAR as long as I want now that I installed the patch, but now whenever I close the screen flashes on and off and theres all sorts of distortion and the only way to fix it is to power the computer off and back on again. Sounds like a driver issue to me, that or DirectX problem (one of the many).

Yeah you can. You just leave out the part about you overclocking it and say "weird lines are showing up in my games, I think it's the card" and ship it off.
