| i installed far cry twice and got the same messege AppName: farcry.exe AppVer: 1.1.0.1230 ModName: ~df394b.tmp ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0008d86b wat does it mean this far cry came with my nvidia card.

| What version of the game are you using? There's been some problems with the 1.2 patch, so much so that Ubisoft withdrew it... not sure on what the score is with that now though.

| It will say which version you're using when you boot up the game, or go to the console (tilde key). It's just that when I had the 1.2 patch installed I got errors similar to that when loading up certian maps... But I very much doubt if you are using this version anyway. If anything get the 1.1 patch. What version of DirectX are you using? If you didn't install 9.0 with the game, then you might be using an older version, which might be causing problems...

| You can get the 1.1 patch here: http://www.fileplanet.com/files/130000/138748.shtml You need to enter your CD key to play online, it's on your manual.
