Yeah, it's CS 1.6. I've already done the fps_max100 command. Mind telling me what the other tweaks do?

Meh, this is starting to get annoying. I expected better performance with my specs. ANY HELP would be appreciated. Suggestions, comments, etc. Please..

your specs are perfectly fine for 1.6 and there is no reason that you shouldnt be getting 100fps. The only thing i can think of is your drivers or something? Maybe just re-install them, maybe it'll work? My specs are much lower than yours and i max out 1.6 with a ti4400.

I've already re-installed the drivers. I don't know whats going on either. PLEASE keep the help and suggestions coming guys. Please..

if you have reinstalled windows and have all the latest drivers, then it is a hardware problem. What kind of PSu are you using, that just might be your problem.
