d3d9.dll is missing

Installing Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004, downloaded and installed Direct X 9, but when try to start game get an error
"A required .DLL file, D3D9.DLL was not found"
Found this file available for download, but where do I put it for the game to work?

Try putting it in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32. Thats where I have it.

Just install DirectX 9 .. it should solve the problem
