| cod5 specs ok heres my specs:
intel duo 2.0 ghz
250gb hard drive
3gb ram
nivida 8600
i would like to know if my comp is going to be able to run cod5 on highish
settings or medium settings i don't really care so long as i can play it,
and seeing as i've already pre-ordered it i thought that i should probably check:freak:
i couldn't find anything on google that was official, but i found some that said that it is the same as cod4 except you need a 3.0ghz procesor but i thought that that was kinda weird cause the game engine is the same.
but i don't know.
anyone know??
thanks |

| Re: cod5 specs COD5 is just as demanding as COD4...
so obviously an 8600GT isn't enough.. Don't believe that crap they tell you about the CPU, just put your focus on the GPU |

| Re: cod5 specs My GTX 260 216 is completely obliterating what little graphics CoD5 has. I would think that an 8600GT would be able to run it on high (no aa or af) with 30-40 fps. High being the settings labeled "High" not the Ultra settings. |

| Re: cod5 specs Well the 8600GT and even the 8800gt is still a good bit slower than a GTX 260... let alone a Core 260 |

8600GT still doesnt have the grunt to run it high settings with 4xAA/4xAF at 1680x1050.
I dunno maybe 1280x1024, but not 1680x1050.

Dauntae | There's no 8600GTX... only GTX in the 8 series is the 8800GTX |

| Re: cod5 specs My brothers old HD 2600xt 512mb would max out cod4 at 1280x800 with about 50fps in multiplayer so a 8600 should perform about the same. |
