Can't get Nascar SimRacing to work!!

Ok...

So this is a copied disc. It installs fine. But when i go to play it

It says "please insert the correct CD"

i also tried putting a no-cd file on there from gamecopyworld

and when i do that it comes up an error report

wtf is going on here?
