| I just finished the expansion pack a few minutes ago, and i have mixed feelings. I am a huge fan of COD singleplayer (didn't get into the multiplayer). but i just loved the scenario and the atmostphere the game gave... i really felt i was apart of the war. The scenes we just too cool and the graphics ran smooth, and the sound was phenominal. I don't or hardly see any of that in the expansion. They "tweaked" the engine... yet it somehow manages to runs choppy???(wtf) The sounds were ok, although the voices were not nearly as excited as in the first one... the men spoke in monotone and the dialog wouldn't be anyones words in real life. The scenes were pretty cool... they took alot of the stuff from the original (ideas and such).... man... i cant believe this happened I don't know exactly whats going on, maybe my standards are higher than when i played the original. I heard ID software switched the teams producing the game... (i think its splash damage now) . Did anyone else play it/finish it? I havn't played online i heard that improved alot ( i dont have a valid cd key ) |

| Um...I played both and I have to say UO conquered the orginal. I dont know what you had a problem with...better graphics, bigger battles, no stupid british missions (they were actually fun), better sounds. Same game just superduperfied. |
