Default Borderlands configuration file help?

I never get these config files. For example if you want to max something out. How would I know if the max is 10, 25, 3.0, 5000, etc? I have no idea what the max number is for certain details.

Basically I just want to max out everything. Can someone look at this and tell if I can max something out that I haven't already?

Yeah, I've done it with GRID and DiRT before, far less complicated configuration files though.

I'm happy with my visuals... I just wish the game itself would run. I'll make a separate thread for that, though.

How much better does this make the visuals? I mean, if it is only a very slight difference, I don't see the point in dealing with the hassle.

There is many things you can adjust in config files. This isn't anything new.

For instance this game doesn't have a Vsync option in game. I had to set that in the config file.
