really?
im getting 5340, wat resolution do you play on?
ill try again and check?
i mentioned earlier of what driver version i was using.
Its a beta, and the bio shock readme suggested it.
Ive also installed the amd dual core optimizer.
Your card is a gt, and it has 24 pixel pipelines.
Im already done with the demo, but im thinking of buying the game.
Im not too worried about the fps, since ill be buyin the 8800 gtx soon, or ill wait for the G92 series cards.

what speakers are you using? the game is very sound intensive i noticed i have some 2.1 speakers but i also have suround sound headphones, and i noticed when i used my headphones my fps greatly decreased, so i just put my headphones into standard 2 way and my fps went right back up.

i use logitech x2..something.
its 2.1
Well i played it again...just now and my fps was around 25-40. BUT.
When i enter a new place my fps goes below 10, i gotta move around a bit and then it goes back to normal.

Idk if this is the driver?
I gotta sleep right now, i work really early in the morning, ill try installing differnt drivers...the one you mentioned.
i dont think ill play the demo anymore, i might just wait to build my pc.

i just built this like a month ago, i should have gotten the card you have.
It would have been good for now. Well thanks for your help...is your processor X2?(dual core?)

well bioshock was said to utilize dual core processors...you have a good gfx card, why dont you go dual core, youll notice better performance.
Your 3dmark score will go up by 500 points for sure, you will get a small increase in fps.

cause im dead broke and i plan on going straight to quad core instead. im one of those people that if i dont have the best il stick with what i have until i can get the best. so i just need to save up 700 bucks for a new mobo ram and cpu.

The demo was worth the wait even if it was short. The only problem I have at all is loading times I have E6600 with 4 gigs of ram and was waiting a **** of a lot for it to load, Hopefully with a few patches it can be speeded up.
