Bioshock

Hi, i just got bioshock for PC, im running windows vista. Whenever i play the game, the intro movie "They said I was special" has sound, but when the plane crashes i get nothing, it wont let me change the volume in the settings, it says its at 0, and i cant change it. Can someone please help me. I really dont wanna play this game soundless. Im also using an Xbox Controller for it. I dont know if that matters.

try upadating your sound drivers, and updating the game. (the beginning is stupid IMO, but once you get past a certain point it's great.

ive already beatin the game on the 360, but my xbox was messed at horribly scratched the disc so i got it for windows. and it works now, i had to run it in compatibility mode.

Yah stuff like this happened with my friend; a compatability mode switch fixed it right up.
