Hello guys. I'm getting this stop error but not during gameplay. My blue screen of death appears after booting my computer and the desktop loads. When I choose to restart, my computer boots fine and everything is normal. This error has only been happening since I installed BF2142.
My system specs are:
AMD 64 X2 4200
geForce 7900 GT
2 GB Patriot DDR RAM
Seems like ever since I got this game I have had nothing but trouble with it. I'm so sick of connection errors, stat servers being down and now this. WTF !!!?? Any suggestions?

Cmon you know.. EA puts out games with bugs all the time

All i can say is this, defrag clean and virus scan your computer

A quick Google search indicates that this is a fairly common problem. The only "fixes" I could find, though, were to reinstall everything.
