Exclamation BF2 Settings

I have the HP a1600n desktop, specs: HP Pavilion a1600n Media Center (AMD Athlon 64 X2 2GHz, 1GB RAM, 200GB HDD) Specs. Desktops Specifications.
What video settings should I use???

These aren't mega eye candy. They do, however, let you see the other guy the best which is what I am after. Stuff still looks good, but the focus is on seeing best.
