Off the top of my head... In Karkand, just up the street from the Hotel towards the Square, there is a building on the left with a crate next to it. Blow up the crate with a grenade or C4 and you get pink teddies. They vanish after a few seconds, but it is hilarious.

I heard that there is something like that on each map.
