Anyone else excited about this game. Unfortunately i didn't get into the beta but this game looks so awesome. With new ideas being implanted, and for me a game that will take over WoW. I love WoW but playing since open beta im getting rather sick of it.

AoC looks to be an awesome game anyone else have any input on this game?

I'll definately be trying it out, but at this point i no longer get my hopes up about games that "will kill wow" because everytime i do, i just end up disappointed. I'm looking at you Tabula Rasa.

This game looks pretty sweet. I'm not a big MMO fan, but this looks to be promising. Hopefully the delays are worth it.

OMG tabula rasa, i played the beta for that and thought it would get better at launch....i was wrong. Vanguard also disappointed me, even though they fixed a lot of their problems now. It will be hard for a game to kill WoW cuz it appeals to so many casual players, The more difficult MMO's such as AoC will keep the 9yr olds out and thats all i care about.

Well conan is touting itself as "a game for adults by adults" so its definately aiming for the more mature audience. Its supposed to be a lot more gory and mature. Mounted combat sounds freaking awesome, also it will actually be skill based rather than "omg, flavor of the month with good gear wins 99% of every fight". Nerf druids and warlocks. kthxbye.

yea, thats one if its main appealing features for me, i got very tiered of the lil kids in WoW with their lvl 60 or 70's button mashing and making the game feel way to childish. Also it will just be nice to see if AoC can be a good MMO period,
Cuz so many have tried and failed.

looks like its gona be good what are the system requirements and whens it gonna be released, i know tabularasa had high requirements for no reason its a very ugly game and needs a high end gpu, so pointless.
i just downloaded the conana video off of ign cause im an insider so i got the hd version and omg it looks amazing here is a mmo worth havign a good gpu for.

The whole breakdown of this game was really thought out.

-Guild Cities with AI defenders
-Guild Forts *Again with AI Defenders*
-Roles within a guild that mean something unlike WoW
-I actually like the class system, unfortunately I haven't heard about "re-specs" yet
-Actual Siege Combat. Unlike WoW's old promises of Siege Warfare
-etc, etc.

It has RTS elements along with the MMO aspect of "Do anything you want."

Better not be disappointing.

This or Warhammer are looking to be good MMOs, but since Warhammer got pushed back to alpha Conan is all I have to look forward to.
