| Worst most influential video game list Super Mario Kart: Most Influential Video Game in History
wow thats a terrible list...super mario kart for the snes? are you kidding me? and not even including a game an entire country worships and plays every day on national tv and whos very existance has continued to help develop the E-sports community with tournaments with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of prize money ( hint: Starcraft ). Warcraft 3 and Diablo didn't even make the list as well, these guys must be bought by EA.
Also why the heck is tomb raider number 12 on the list!?!? the only thing that game is known for is for having terrible game mechanics and camera controls and proving that people will buy a game for the virtual cup size of the main character. Also does Oblivion 4 make the list but not fallout 3, when fallout 3 sold like 7 million copies world wide and is far more influencial.
Lastly, Crash Bandicoot?!?!?! thats all that needs to be said about that...what a joke list

| Re: Worst most influential video game list Well, Tomb Raiders "impact" was most certainly the amount of polygons involved.
You gotta realize that it's all about the impact the games have had. Sure, I thought Crash blew, but it was huge when it came out.

| Re: Worst most influential video game list It would seem like that some one was bored on friday afternoon and started pulling computer games out of thin air for this list.
Like where is Starcraft on this list? It celibrates 10 years in about a months time and people are still playing it.
World of WarCraft.... surely 7.5 million players is not considered infulential.
I do not agree with Final Fantasy XII outranking Final Fantasy VII. Like whether you have playied FFVII or not, you should know who Setheroth is.
The Orange Box is mentioned. However that is collection of games. Most people purchased that one as the deal was too good to refuse.
