EVGA no longer offers lifetime warranties, nor does it do ATI cards.

Go with XFX if at all possible. After that, go Asus or Gigabyte, as they offer a three year warranty. Sapphire offers a two year warranty, but are known for good cards (I've had two of them so far).

What? When did they stop with the lifetime warranties? Do they still cover overclocking?

I see all kinds of Limited Lifetime Warranty EVGA cards and mobo's available at NewEgg. Here's a guide to determine the Warranty of your product.

Seems like it is "some" cards, not all. My bad.

Default Re: which video card scenario would be best?

mmorpg is more crucial for ram than graphic card cause mmorpg many players run around screen making frame rate not stable..... raising amount of ram helps stable it.

get 5870 and 8gb+ ram.

recommend three GTX 285 and 16gb ram.
