Default Running a projector

I was thinking about buying a projector to run my xbox and dvd player. If I wanted to place the projector on the ceiling how would i go about connecting the power, xbox, and dvd player without having to see cords hang from the ceiling? (I know it possible i just dont know how)

The only way is to run cords through the ceiling or around the room.

You should be able to purchase a VGA/DVI/HDMI wallplate from the same shop that you are purchasing your celing mount front.

You will also need to purchase a high quality VGA/DVI/HDMI cable.

From there, you would need to put a hole in the wall, run a your VGA/DVI/HDMI cable from the wall to the roof to where the cealing mount is.

If not put a hole in the wall, the you are going to need to settle for some cable ducting. You can purchase some cable ducting with can be mounted on the wall. Put some paint on it, and no one would know that it's there.

Over all it's a pretty simple job, but you can easily mess it up. And the problem is if you mess it up, it normally means that you have a hole in your wall. If you are not sure about how you car going to do this, then it might be worth your while pay an electrician or a cablier $100 to get the job done professionally.
