I pre-oredered the new cod mw 2 special ed system, says ships 10/11/09 and i paid for overnight shipping. so that basically means i will be getting it a day later then everyone else? have never pre-ordered a game online so not sure how it goes.
It depends. Most retailers get the games early and I think Amazon in particular always ships them early so they arrive the day of release. Sometimes if the shipping is fast you get it a day early
Depending on the retailer, you could get it early, the day of, or a day late.

ok cool, i think i remember some of my clan mates saying something about they ordered world at war from gamestop(who i ordered through) and got it a day or so early. so maybe i will atleast get it on the day of the release.
