Microsoft Sidewinder Gampad Pro Software

I lost the cd that came with my sidewinder controller and I need that software on there to program the buttons. The reason being is because I use the controller to play MAME games and I need to program each button to be the buttons of MAME. Does anyone know where I could get this CD? Or if there is another way to program the buttons?
