Default game porting

hi all just need a little help here as i am not very good at PC's. I have a linksysrouter (wrt54gs v1.1) with i think the latest firmwear. i am tryin to workout how to host a server on JO but i don't know how too do a forward port so my freinds can get in.. i'm not that good with the workings of the router so i need a little help and someone to talk me through it i allso have TS (teamspeak) that i can fire up so the person can talk me through the process if posible ..

Try this. Port Forwarding AppNameTag on the Linksys WRT54G If that doesn't help let me know.
