Creative Releases Updated X-Fi Linux Drivers

Creative Labs has released an updated driver for their X-Fi series of sound cards. This driver is for Linux 32- and 64-bit flavors and has quite the discussion thread going here.

This download is a source release driver providing Linux® 32-bit / 64-bit OS support for Creative Sound Blaster® X-Fi™ and X-Fi Titanium series of audio devices. For more details, read the rest of this web release note.

They are not fully GPL complaint from what I have been told so unless you mind using closed / misty ware on your system you are out of luck.
