Default Window Media Player

Hello,
I have a problem with Windows Media Player, i can listen, rip and burn music on windows media player but when it comes to videos it just seems to crash on me.

It does the same from websites videos which do not have to actaully load up WMP. What it does is, is just freeze then lock up and make it unable to close any programs down. So everytime it happens i have to shut down the computer by holding the start button in for 5 seconds, which cant be doing anything good for my computer.

I have tried reinstalling new drivers from Nvidia website but does not help at all.

Any one have any information for me?

Thanks Alot

Michael
