what are the best quality pair of earphones out right now?

my gf is looking for a really good quality, cheap, earphones, one that wont die on her and will last a very long time.

she was asking me about these ones:

If you're looking on eBay there are better earbuds for the price.

Sennheiser CX300 Silve Color, Amazing Sound, Buy It Now - eBay (item 160300681529 end time Dec-23-08 18:30:11 PST)

Sennheiser CX 300's are priced for around $20-$30 but have equal sound of my $150 pair.
