My friends web cam on his laptop will work in windows but when he tries to do an aim video chat it wont work. I have treid everything I can think of to help him but I am not that experienced in this sort of thing.
I'd say tell him to make sure aim is configured to use that webcam. Also I think aim uses a different port just for video chat...maybe he has a router or something that won't let the video thru. Of course he has to have a fast connection.
I don't know what else. I've never used a webcam with aim.
