sometime there are young guys, who want to learn and they sit in background and watch and listen to the older guys who had the vast experience and they pick up from them. they learn quick. they get experience early. they never disrepect the older guys whose helping like you guys do.]
I will agree that some young guys get full of themselves, as I am a young guy myself. I do on the other-hand know about audio and recording (I've been doing it since I was 13). I'm sure you already know this, but every person is different. There are some young punks out there who think they know it all and don't know squat... Same goes for "some" older guys too. Never-the-less, I am taking into consideration of your view on how young folks can come off as disrespectful. We can be. I am a gentleman, like yourself, who doesn't push unless pushed. I am sympathetic to you and the older guys, because lets face it you guys paid your dues and you deserve respect. Apparently some young cats decided to **** you guys off. So on behalf of the young guys that do get on here.. I'm sorry. We need you guys way more than you need us and I am much appreciative for your input and your abundance of knowledge. Thank you. |

| It's hard to see the good sometimes when the bad seems to be more prevalent. Have a good heart and help as much as possible, even when times seem dark. It shows you who you really are.

Sure there are bigger forums but most of them are too big and there is no sense of community, and most of them don't have as many skilled specialists as we do on here. We have Windows experts, PC Build guru's, Programmers, Audio experts and even game experts.
And best of all nearly all the members get along pretty well - sure we all have the occasional moan and groan and falling out, but hey we're only human
On a sidenote, the mods on these forums are the best. Firm yet forgiving, and for the most part understanding |
