Default VLC Media Player (Transparency)
I know VLC has an option for transparency, but I can't seem to find it with the latest version of VLC. It's been a while since I've used it, so I may just be blind. Any help is appreciated, and rep will be awarded, if able to. (****** "you must spread it around" crap. )

Not sure how to set it using VLC itself, but a quick google yielded this:
