This question is probably a pretty simply solved one, but my lack of tech savvy vocabulary has posed a problem when trying to search for it.

On my website that I am currently building, I want to have a pre-recorded video that I can put on a webpage and have it play it at the same time on all screens. Giving the appearance of a "live" video. I've put videos on sites before that are all preloaded and are started at the users request. But I have no idea how to make a...globally played? video. Ugh, I don't know how to word this...
