I'm building a PC (Win7) & trying to decide on a TV tuner - unfortunately, having never used one, I don't know what to look for. I'm trying to decide between these two:
Which is better? I mainly want to access cable tv on my PC - my provider is Time Warner & AFAIK they have only a very limited range of clear QAM channels so I guess I am compelled to connect to my set-top box(?).
