Other Thoughts: I used this with Linux and MythTV. I had quite some trouble getting it to work, but, remember, use the latest version of ivtv. I was using the only version in portage at that time, and it wouldn't work, so I checked the ivtv website, which explained it all.

Pros: Very clean picture, works great with MythTV, simple install....

Pros: Can watch, pause, and record TV.Good Picture Quality. I did not need the remote and the FM tuner so the price for this one is well worth it. You DO NOT need Media center edition to watch TV with this ...

Other Thoughts: It DOES work on XP Pro AND home, I found the drivers in a matter of seconds

Cons: The description said it would work with win XP Pro or Home but the fine print also says you need 3rd part tv software for x more dollars.

x dollars being the $0 GB-PVR and Linux/MythTV costs.

There was one review that said it didn't work and they were a noob.

If you don't want to take my advice, then fine. I don't care that much.
