Default TV Tuner Card

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone had any good suggestions about a Good TV Tuner Card that I could put in my comp as I've recently moved my LCD TV out of my room due to lack of space.
I will be buying a 22" Widescreen monitor to go with it for a bit more viewing area.
I was looking at some pixel view ones such as the PixelView PlayTV300 DVB-T (http://webbuilder2.asiannet.com/1470...&name_id=36165)

Any other suggestions welcome, what do you look for in a good TV Tuner Card anyway?

The card will be running a direct link to my roof antenna as I have an outlet in my room, so there will be none of this messing around with aerials lol.

I was going to buy the this leadtek card, http://www.leadtek.com/usa/tv_tuner/...6&pronameid=93

one of the requirements was that you need a 16-bit sound card. At the moment I am running just the onboard 7.1 one that is in my motherboard? Would this be 16-bit? (Motherboard is in sig)
