Exclamation Teamspeak/Ventrilo Echo Issue

Hey Guys,
I just got a new PC a couple weeks ago and I seem to be having an Echo problem on Vent and TS (which I hardly ever use)...It seems when I talk, and somebody else talks it echoes, or if I talk it echoes 10X louder for them...

Anybody know the issue or had a problem like this before?

Here are the Specs for my Audio:
Integrated High Definition audio

* Realtek ALC 885 chipset
* Supports up to 8 audio channels
* Dolby Pro Logic II compatible

Ive looked for everything, but it seems that it may be something just with Vent or with Teamspeak, as I have used PC Doctor to record something with my Microphone and it works fine, but when I use it with TS/Vent it Echoes like a mad man..

HELP!!!

Default

I have a mobo with that chipset built in, and i used to have that exact same problem. But then i went out and got a sound blaster audigy off newegg for like $32. It stille echoed, but when i disabled the onborad audio in the bios the echo stopped. But you might not want to buy a sound card. I wouldnt know how to fix it then.
