Default Stream media from tv card to computer

Help! lol,
i have this TV tuner card in the back of my pc i use windows media to view the shows, ok so heres my question
is there any way to stream the media coming into my tv card over my network so i can view it from another computer without a tv card? maby a shared networked foler?

there may/should be an option in the software program for the output file location. If there isnt, you could always use a sync program to sync the files from pc to pc

what the card's name and software that came with it? is it media center compatible?
