Default Sound stops workin win7

Hi,

I'm using windows 7, the onboard audio card. For three days I got the problem randomly. My sounds just stops working... It happens with I play games, or when I'm just listening to music. SO I cheked for up to date drivers. Some were available. But even with these new drivers I still have the problem.

Any idea?

Thanks

Hi,

What onboard audio are you using? Also, are you using Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?

Hi back guys,

I'm using onboard from Intel DP55KG. And no I didn't drop my value card, I'm using it for my headset, and onboard for my 5.1 set.

If the latest set of drivers still exhibit the behavior you have to contact Intel and let them know this so they can get a better set out. There is nothing any of us can do to fix it. It is a drivers issue which only Intel can address.
