Get a card reader from TigerDirect, Newegg or ZipZoomFly.

If you open up `My Computer`, it'll probably list your camera there, and you can right-click it, and choose "Explore" or "Open" -- one of those should open it up as a normal drive. Not too sure beyond that, but it sounds possible!

There are also flashdrives out there that get its memory from inserting and SD card into it. This would be an option if you purchase one (cheap by the way) insert your sd card into it put it in usb port and transfer that way.
