http://www.nordichardware.com/skrive...s_29_large.jpg

I think I blew them Out.. but it was under warranty so they shipped me a whole new set! But im wondering is it better to Have the speakers louder than the computer volume? becuase I have a control Pod for the speakers then I can lower the volume in windows itself... which should IHave higher? Speakers Or Audio

I generaly keep my speakers at 50% and my computer at 65%

If you have really bad speakers, than more often than not, you'll have to have your computer volume below your speaker volume.

yeah - I usually max it at 80% in my music program (Winamp), then I never put my overall soundcard volume over 50%. My amp is generally @ 12 of 40 (I don't have the balls to go over 15). Nothing should really ever be maxed out (although when I have my headphone amp plugged in, it's volume on the PC end is @100%, then volume is controlled through the headphone amp).

never play obvious distortion. turn it up until you get to the onset of distortion

^ agreed, I usually go 80% on my PC.. you shoudl always use the hardware amp to increase volume, its a true amplifier rather than a virtual amplifier (i.e. software based)
