how exactly am i supposed to extract it? and is ultra iso known to be able to extract ps2 .img files?

Just use magiciso to rip audio cd. you can read their tutoral below.

Why not just download the song? Or you can do the right thing, and buy the CD, then rip it to your computer.

^ well as ive said, the song cannot be downloaded, absolutely anywhere.

And forkart, ive tried that, and it says the disc is non-bootable, its a ps2 disc not an audio disk

play it through the ps2. hook the output to the computer and record it

use the reaper and the best one i know is Power MP3 WMA Converter, trust me, it is fast like **** and you can chose many formats. just browse your cd rom and select a type and quality and press the button and done.
