Well I'm looking to get my dad a pair of headphones for Christmas. They would be used mostly for watching movies on his laptop. Basically, right now he uses earbuds which I have to imagine are uncomfortable. So basically the criteria I'm looking to meet would be:

1) Comfortable after an hour or two of use.
2) Decent sound quality.
3) Stays within my budget of around $40.

So far I've looked at some Sennheiser and Sonys but there are just so many different models. Any advice would be great, thanks!

Guess I'll go ahead an recommend the Sennheiser CX 300's again. Great set of earbuds that are very comfy and sound amazing for the price. Retail for around $20-$30.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry I wasn't very clear but I'm actually looking for more of an on or over the ear set of headphones. Any other suggestions?

After doing some research I found the Koss Porta Pro headphones. Does anyone know much about these?
They are suppose to give good sound and be comfortable. Also, they fold up which seems like a useful feature to go along with a laptop.

The other ones I'm considering are the Sennheiser px100 for similar reasons.
