RCA Composite WebCams?

Does anyone know of any RCA cameras? I have a Winnov capture card already but I need an RCA composite "webcam" to broadcast just video. I found one but that's it... and really no place to buy it from.

How are you planning to broadcast video using a webcam?

So your plan is to input the video into your computer so that you can endode it and broadcast it? You can do that with any webcam, you might just need to find some software to encode it. Unless your capture card has hardware encoding, but even if that is the case encoding a webcam's feed can be handled by most computers.
