Radio streaming and firewalls...??? Help

Hi everyone,

I have a Compaq laptop with microsoft vista. At the moment I am trialling Windows live care for my security but am unable to get any live radio streaming from numerous sites...
Prior to having this firewall/virus protection etc I have received radio streaming from the same sites that i can no longer receive, so I know my pc is capable etc...

Please Help!
