Question Question about video glitches and burning ISOs

Hi everyone. The other day I burned an ISO image of a DVD movie, and while I was watching it I noticed a tinny little image glitch, like a rectangular form which was obviously out of place. It lasts for about half a second, so it's obviously no big deal at all, but here's my question: is it possible that this glitch was caused by a seemingly undetected error during the burning of the image into a dvd-r (using Nero, by the way), or is it more likely that it's just a problem of the original ISO file I burned? This is probably a newbie question, but please understand that my knowledge on this subject is rather limited.

Of course, I would just resort to the ISO file and see wether it has the glitch, but I have already deleted it from my hard drive, so I have no way of knowing that.

Thanks in advance.
