Default Problems with Audigy II.

Hey guys:

I kinda have a problem with my Audigy II. Outside of games it works fine, but unfortunately when I boot up any kind of game at a random time it will freeze and will start having a static sound with beeps (or something that sounds like beeps) in it as well.

I have updated to what I think is the latest driver (4/11/2003) and it still gives me problems in Call of Duty Demo, Wolfenstein, Medal of Honor Allied Assualt, Operation Flashpoint, and Europa Universalis II.

Thanks in Advance,

Burris

i hava an audigy II paltinum, waht happens whit those card is that some times the driver get corupted, but it wil not be solved if you install the driver again, whitout unistalling the old drivers first.
unistall the ol drivers first, go to control panel/systam/device manager, unistall it but dont restart, (if you do windows will put the same corrupted drivers again, once boot) then install the drivers from the audigy cd
if the problem persist the turn of computer and change the audigy to another pci slot in your mother board.
keep the driver from the cd, if you try to update the drivers from the website sometimes it cras your computer when you are doing that. if happen dont update for a while, some days.
