Default Problems with 5.1 system (front speakers working only)

Well. this might be the 1.000th thread but i am tired of searching the whole net trying to find my problem.

Most threads i found where about soundblaster live and logitech. so it didn't showed my solution.
I have a 5.1 system (Medion, don't know what type since my uncle gave them to me without a box)
they are connected to an onboard 7.1 sound shipset.

when i installed the driver from the mainboard disc, my sound worked perfect, but now i only seem to get sound out of the front speakers.

My specs:
amd 4600 dual core
asus m2n-e motherboard
5.1 medion system.
soundmax drivers from mainboard disc
windows xp service pack 2.

Everything is connected perfectly. my audio configuration is set to 5.1 both on windows configuration and my soundmax settings.

If anyone could please help, i would appreciate it.

Default

it is problem in woofer. if you need to connect your speakers to woofer it is very important to do it proper. every speaker to it's place. and in "Sound Effect" you need to set: 5.1 sub woofer down
I hope this helps
