Default Problem:Logitech X620 Speakers

I have a problem with my Logitech x620 speakers. Well not my speakers exactly but the subwoofer. Whenever I turn on my computer it works fine until lets say 10 to 20 minutes later. The subwoofer starts to make this rumbling humming noise and i have no clue about what's causing this. Is my subwoofer fried or do i need a new sound card? My sound card right now is compatible with 7 channel speakers so i don't really know.

Check all of the connections in and out of the subwoofer and make sure it isn't getting hot or something.

Yeah, I've done all of that, but it still does it.
