Photoalbum software recommendation

My office is responsible for many multimedia projects using both video and pictures. We have not yet found a good photo album program that will let us store database info in English as well as Chinese. This is important because the picture database is shared with our office in tianjin, China as well as the office in Hong Kong. ¢×¡@¢ð¢é¢þ¢Ã*¡@¢ø¢ú¢÷¢ê¢é¢ê ¢ô£B¡@¢û¢ø¢Ã*¢ö¢ü¡@¢õ¢÷¢ú¢Ã* ¡@¢ü¢ð¢é¢ö¡@¢±¢¯¡@¢ð¢÷¢ý¢ú¢ û¡@¢û¢Ã*¢é¢ú¢ë¢ð¢ñ¢ö¢ï¡@¢î¢ ÷¢ú¡@¢ü¢ð¢ñ¢û over the past 6 months¡A¡@£B¢Ã*¢ü¡@¢ü¢÷¡@¢ö¢÷¡@¢ é¢þ¢é¢ñ¢ô¡D¡@¡@¢Ò¢÷¢Ã*¢û¡@¢é ¢ö£B¢÷¢ö¢Ã*¡@¢ó¢ö¢÷£@¡@¢÷¢î¡ @¢é¢ö£B¢ü¢ð¢ñ¢ö¢ï¡@¢ü¢ð¢é¢à ¼Â¡@£@¢ñ¢ô¢ô¡@¢ð¢Ã*¢ô¢ø¡@¢õ¢Ã* ¡H At this point I am even considering setting up an application in Access. I know the recent office products all allow the user to use Chinese.
