Default New moniter and cables

i was thinking about buying the "Westinghouse 22" Widescreen Flat-Panel LCD Monitor Model: LCM-22W3" because i can get it cheap like 179 usd cheap. and it doesnt come with cables for DVI from what ive heard. so i would have to buy some, and i was wondering if it would b worth it to get the more expensive kind like the 40 dollars for 1 meter expensive kind
